• Utilize industrial dishwashing equipment, detergents, and sanitizers.
• Sort dishes and utensils by category, size, or material for efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and wiping counters.
• Assist with food prep or plating during peak service to support kitchen efficiency.
