Qualifications

• Must maintain a service-minded attitude in a fast-paced dining room.
• Ability to stand for 10 hours during shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Good hearing for safety and clear communication.
• Must read, write and speak in English.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to tolerate significant temperature changes and frequent hand immersion in water/chemicals.
• Must possess valid food safety certification or state-required certification.
• Adheres to dress and appearance policy including non-slip shoes.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled shifts and follow policy and procedure.
• Maintain clean and sanitary restrooms at all times.
• Maintain a pleasant and friendly attitude.
• Clock in on time and report to the General Manager/Manager.
• Perform opening setup, side work and closing duties.
• Work assertively, professionally and in a friendly manner.
• Maintain dish area safety and sanitation.
• Keep a neat and orderly work area.
• Clean floors according to standards during shifts.
• Sweep parking lots, back dock, and kitchen as needed.
• Follow safety directions when handling chemicals and equipment.
• Dispose of trash and debris.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Pass general information and departmental tests with a grade of 90% or higher.
• Perform duties per performance standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Always prioritize teamwork.
