Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a dishwasher to support kitchen and dining operations at our Charleston area locations. You will ensure all dishes and wares are cleaned, sanitized, and available for use, keeping the dish room organized and safe.

Responsibilities include operating the dish machine, monitoring temperatures, stocking supplies, and handling waste removal on schedule. You should be a team player with a positive attitude and strong adherence to safety and sanitation

Qualifications

• Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Positive energy, teamwork, and willingness to assist fellow staff.
• Effective communication with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good endurance for standing and walking, with occasional lifting.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dish machine while keeping dish room clean and organized.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle and report problems.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designed times.
