Responsibilities

• Expertise in using and maintaining all dish station equipment.
• Load, run and unload dish machine.
• Keep the dish machine and sinks clean and report issues immediately.
• Monitor water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store kitchenware, manage chemicals and supplies.
• Use proper chemicals safely and maintain a safe work environment.
• Keep dish room and storage clean and organized.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and support teamwork.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by managers.
• Adhere to Covid-19 and other illness prevention guidelines.
