An established restaurant and bar in Newport Beach is seeking a motivated Dishwasher / Kitchen Assistant. Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience preferred but not required.
• Must obtain ServeSafe or California Food Handler Certification.

Responsibilities

• Wash pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Assist in food prep tasks as directed by kitchen staff.
• Support servers and kitchen staff with cleaning and stocking.
• Complete opening and closing duties for the kitchen.
