Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Bedford, MA is seeking a Dishwashing Associate to maintain a clean kitchen and support daily operations. You will wash dishes, assist with deliveries and product rotation, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering courteous customer service.

No prior retail experience is required; training will be provided. Shifts may include evenings and weekends. Wage range listed is $17.00–$25.40 per hour, with Whole Benefits eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries and proper storage and rotation of products.
• Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings.
• Provides courteous service and assists customers and Team Members; answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows and complies with health, sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working/shopping environment; maintains equipment per standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accurate pricing and signage; reports safety hazards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store leadership.
