General Hotels Corporation is seeking a Dishwasher for the Crowne Plaza Union Station in Indianapolis. The role supports guest satisfaction by keeping wares clean and sanitized for front and back of house operations.

Responsibilities include washing and storing wares, stocking stations, and assisting with food prep when needed. Must comply with health and safety standards and be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses by hand or using dishwashers.
• Places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
• Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
• Cleans trash receptacles with water or steam.
• Moves dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area by hand or using hand trucks.
• May assist in cleaning and preparing foods for cooking or serving as directed.
• Ensures work areas are safe, clean, and orderly per health and sanitation guidelines.
• Buss tables in the restaurant area as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
