Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of dish room, kitchen aisle, and dock.
• Break down trays, operate dish machine, wash wares, and sort/store clean china.
• Empty trash and wash inside/outside areas.
• Thoroughly clean dock area.
• Clean breakdown tables and tile walls/baseboards.
• Support a cooperative team to ensure guest satisfaction.
