Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, equipment, and kitchen work areas in an orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
• Polish silverware using various methods to ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain temperature and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
