Job summary

Guy Fieri's Smokehouse Louisville is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain the dish room and assist with cleaning and organization throughout the kitchen area. The role requires standing for shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and multitasking in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Candidates with prior restaurant or customer service experience and fluent English are preferred. Night, weekend, and holiday availability may be required as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred.
• Must speak fluent English.
• May be required to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the dish room and dish machine, assist with cleaning other areas as requested.
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment.
• Perform more than one task at a time.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Operate dish washing machines to company and manufacturer specifications.
• Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Keep all trash and dumpster areas clean and organized.
• Assist with taking out garbage when needed.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
