Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in hot, wet, and loud environments.
• Flexible schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dish machine.
• Keep dish machine clean and report issues promptly.
• Monitor water temperature for sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store kitchenware; organize for FOH
• Assist with trash and recycling to dumpsters at scheduled times.
• Follow chemical storage and labeling procedures.
