Qualifications

• Understanding safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures.

• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, staff, and guests.
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing and walking with occasional bending, kneeling, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload the dish machine while keeping the dish room clean and organized.
• Monitor water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycles and report issues.
• Maintain adequate levels of detergents, cleaning supplies, and clean tableware.
• Bag and haul dish room trash to the dumpster at designated times.
