Job summary

Ruby Tuesday is seeking a Dishwasher to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and kitchen utensils. Responsibilities include loading and unloading the dish machine, maintaining cleanliness in the dish area, and assisting in food preparation as needed.

The ideal candidate should be 18 years or older and preferably hold a High School Diploma. Physical demands include lifting up to 70 lbs and standing for long periods in a hot environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred.
• Able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs, up to 20 times per shift.
• Ability to stand 100% of shift.
• Works frequently in damp, hot work environment.
• May use slicers or other kitchen machinery.

Responsibilities

• Loads, runs and unloads the dish machine.
• Keeps the dish machine clean.
• Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware.
• Maintains adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Cleans and organizes the work area.
