Base pay range: $15.50/hr - $18.50/hr

Job Purpose

The Dishwasher's responsibility is to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in their assigned area.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation standards
2. Set-up, operate, and clean kitchen machinery safely
3. Clean and sanitize food service and kitchen areas
4. Scrape and spray ware before washing
5. Rack china and glassware properly
6. Ensure all ware is clean and sanitary
7. Take out trash and maintain floors
8. Practice proper food handling procedures
9. Store ware properly and maintain equipment quality
10. Assist with loading/unloading equipment and supplies
11. Maintain a neat work area
12. Follow safety and health procedures
13. Report safety hazards and equipment failures
14. Complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma preferred
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's License
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Effective communication skills in English

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor work environments, exposure to heat, steam, and wet floors
• Fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting
• Varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
