Base pay range: $16.93/hr - $18.50/hr

Job Purpose

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in your assigned area.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards meet or exceed regulations
2. Operate and clean kitchen machinery safely
3. Clean and sanitize all kitchen and food service areas
4. Prepare ware for washing, rack china and glassware properly
5. Ensure all ware is clean and stored properly
6. Maintain cleanliness of floors and workstations
7. Assist with loading/unloading equipment and supplies
8. Follow safety, health, and sanitation procedures
9. Report equipment issues or hazards to management
10. Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma preferred
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's License
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Effective communication skills in English

Working Conditions

• Indoor/outdoor work with exposure to heat, steam, and wet floors
• Fast-paced environment with variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Long periods of walking and standing
• Use of hands for handling objects and tools
• Ability to reach, climb, balance, and stoop
