Job summary

Bozzuto's Inc. is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen. You will wash dishes, utensils and equipment, ensuring items are cleaned and sanitized according to established protocols to support smooth kitchen operations.

The role requires physical stamina for standing, lifting and moving dishes, with the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Compensation is $17.50 per hour, with flexible shifts dependent on event schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred (1 year) and ability to follow safety/hygiene protocols.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans and kitchen utensils by hand or machine.
• Ensure items are cleaned, rinsed and sanitized according to standards.
• Stack and store clean dishes in designated areas for easy access.
• Empty trash and remove garbage from the kitchen.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces including countertops, sinks and floors.
• Maintain organized dishwashing and storage areas.
• Maintain dishwashing equipment and report malfunctions.
• Assist with basic food prep as needed.
• Follow safety and hygiene procedures established by leadership.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
