Chili's in East Haven, CT is seeking Kitchen Team Members to support the Heart of House with dependable service and strong teamwork. You will help maintain a clean, organized dish room and assist with high-volume meal prep during busy shifts.

Responsibilities include washing dishes, keeping equipment clean, and working efficiently to match the pace of the restaurant and team. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required; growth opportunities and a friendly atmosphere are offered.

Role Overview

Our Kitchen, or as we like to say at Chili's our Heart of House, Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. They provide dependable, fast service that is absolutely Chili's. If you take pride in great team work, then we want to hear from you!
