Chili's Syracuse is seeking a reliable Kitchen Team Member to support dishwashing, keep tableware, pots, pans and equipment clean, and ensure the Heart of House runs smoothly for every shift in Syracuse, NY.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced restaurant, demonstrate dependable teamwork and multitasking skills, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules and opportunities for growth are available.

Role Overview

Our Kitchen, or as we like to say at Chili's our Heart of House, Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. They provide dependable, fast service that is absolutely Chili's. If you take pride in great team work, then we want to hear from you!

• Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
• Keep dish room and equipment clean and organized
• Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
• Requires some shifts on weekends and holidays
