Newk’s Eatery in Texas is seeking a Dishwasher & Dining Room Attendant to support the kitchen and dining room with cleanliness and organization for every guest. You’ll help maintain a welcoming environment and ensure efficient operations throughout shifts.

This role offers on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities within a fast-paced restaurant team. No prior experience required, but reliability and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the dish area clean, organized, and operating efficiently throughout each shift.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and maintain clean waste areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen, dining room, and service areas.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, beverage stations, and guest touch points.
• Restock dining room supplies, beverages, condiments, napkins, and utensils.
• Maintain clean and fully stocked restrooms.
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries when needed.
• Support kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy periods.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
