Shaner Group is seeking a hotel kitchen dishwasher to operate the dishwashing machine, wash pots, pans and other wares, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area. The role requires adherence to hotel standards, safety procedures, and proper chemical handling, with flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and communicate effectively with management and staff to ensure smooth kitchen

Qualifications

• Prior experience preferred.
• Ability to count accurately.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Ability to communicate with management and co-workers.
• Physically able to stand for long hours and perform repetitive motions.

• Wash pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils/equipment.

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment and tools only as intended, properly and safely.
• Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated items, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
