Role Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning pans, pots, dishes, and other kitchen elements. They operate dishwashing machines or wash dishes by hand, maintaining kitchen cleanliness. The role involves scraping, sorting, stacking dirty dishes, loading them into the machine, and unloading clean dishes to their designated places. This is a fast-paced position essential for kitchen operations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Set up dish pit; ensure chemicals are properly stocked and connected.
2. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
3. Place clean dishes and utensils in storage.
4. Perform other cleaning tasks as needed.
5. Handle minor prep tasks as needed.
6. Uphold food safety standards at all times.
7. Embrace and fulfill the core values and culture of Cutwater Spirits.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
