Qualifications

• Previous steward and dishwashing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver and maintains sanitary surfaces.
• Adheres to safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area orderly and cleans floors, tables and prep surfaces.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with loading/unloading supplies and performs other duties as assigned.
