PMG OPCO - GUEST HOUSE LLC's dining services team is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support meal preparation, service, and cleanup for residents at The Guest House Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Shreveport, LA. You will help maintain a clean, sanitary dining room and assist with tray assembly and delivery under supervision.

The role emphasizes adherence to federal, state, and local food safety regulations and teamwork with care staff to ensure timely, quality meals for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year’s work in a large-scale cooking operation, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the preparation, service, and clean up for meals served to residents in the nursing center.
• Maintains an attractive and sanitary dining room, meal service and delivery.
• Ensures the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance to Federal, State and Local regulations.
