The Olympia Companies seeks a reliable Dishwasher to support our Olympia Hospitality dining team in Swarthmore. You will operate dishwashing equipment, clean and sanitize kitchenware, and help keep the area orderly and safe.

• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment by hand or using dishwashers.
• Sort and stack clean dishes properly, ensuring they are stored in designated areas.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, including floors, walls, and countertops.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning agents.
• Adhere to proper food handling and storage guidelines to prevent cross‑contamination and ensure food safety.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
