Job summary

Marquise in Ferguson, MO is looking for a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of dishes, glassware, pots and utensils, and keep the kitchen area orderly in a fast-paced environment.

You will sanitize and wash equipment, polish silver, and assist with light prep and coffee service for residents, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.
• Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, trays, and utensils based on procedures and assigned equipment.
• Polish silver, sweep & mop floors
• Maintain the dish and kitchen area and ensure equipment is clean, in working condition and complies with safety standards
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans
• Assists in loading, unloading and transfer supplies, products and equipment between storage and work areas
• Assist with light food preparation, making and serving coffee for the residents
• Other duties and tasks as assigned

Salary: $17.00 per hour

How you will make an impact:
