Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring immediately for dishwashing positions at Genentech in South San Francisco. This role maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas, and equipment in sanitary condition. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with early morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing experience preferred.
• Location: Genentech - 350 DNA Way, South San Francisco, CA 94080.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in conveyor system; ensures cleanliness.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; polishes silver as required; maintains sanitation in all areas.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors; cleans work surfaces and storage areas.
