You will contribute to a clean, safe kitchen and support daily operations in a busy restaurant. Responsibilities include washing and stocking, maintaining sanitation, and assisting with general housekeeping.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food retail experience in a fast paced environment, specifically as a dishwasher.
• Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules.
• High School diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up dish stations according to BP’s guidelines and standards.
• Ensure all kitchen utensils and containers are washed and put back in proper storage area.
• Assume 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware.
• Keep dish room clean and organized.
• Assist with general housekeeping, stocking, and sanitation duties as needed.
• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards.
• Follow safety codes per BP's guidelines.
• Comply with BP’s code of ethics, integrity and conduct.
