Responsibilities

• Clean soiled dishes and small wares.
• Maintain dish machine and ensure it's operating correctly.
• Clean and polish the machine regularly.
• Remove trash from the kitchen.
• Keep dish/bus area clean and organized.
• Assist in the kitchen where needed.
• Assist in other areas of the restaurant.
• Complete opening and/or closing checklists.
