Bergdorf Goodman's BG Restaurant is seeking a Dishwasher to help maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining support area in a fast-paced luxury setting.

You will focus on dishwashing, trash and floor cleanliness, and supporting chefs and staff while upholding health and sanitation standards. This role offers exposure to a premier luxury retailer environment and benefits for eligible full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or dining environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation standards is required.
• Ability to operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to work cooperatively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dish, trash, and floors to high health standards.
• Operate and monitor the dish machine and sanitation supplies.
• Check chemical levels and ensure cleaners are available and properly stored.
• Report any malfunctions to the Restaurant Manager or Executive Chef.
• Assist with general cleaning and prep tasks as needed.
