Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Wash pots, pans, and other cooking equipment by hand following company-approved washing techniques.
2. Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and service ware to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
3. Keep the dish area, equipment, and chemicals clean and organized.
4. Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three-compartment sink as needed.
5. Inspect and verify that the machine is functioning properly and chemical levels are correct throughout the shift.

Experience:

No restaurant experience needed.
