Job summary

Life Alive Cafe, LLC in Boston is seeking a Back Of House Team Member to support kitchen operations, prep, and station readiness. You’ll keep the kitchen clean, stock inventory, and help hit a 6-minute ticket time while maintaining quality ingredients.

• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Helps achieve a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less
• Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables or preparing sauces)
• Prepares recipes according to standard procedures
• Stocks and prepares stations for service
• Communicates product needs to back-of-house (BOH) and managers-on-duty (MODs)

You will:

You must be able to:

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reaching and grasping overhead
