Job Summary

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Scrapes, rinses, and washes dishes, pots, pans, and trays ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
2. Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and procedures.
3. Follows safety procedures and maintains proper chemical and temperature levels.
4. Keeps the dish area orderly and complies with safety standards.
5. Maintains cleanliness of floors, worktables, walls, and food prep surfaces.
6. Removes and disposes of trash properly.
7. Transfers supplies and loads/unloads supplies and products.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
