Job summary

Chick-fil-A Springs Station in Louisville, KY is seeking a part-time Dishwasher/Utility Team Member to help keep our kitchen clean, safe, and efficient. The role emphasizes teamwork, positive attitude, and adherence to food-safety standards in a high-volume restaurant.

Eligible applicants can receive competitive pay at $16.00 per hour plus benefits, with a flexible schedule and supportive leadership development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food safety and cleanliness by washing and sanitizing dishes.
• Keep dishes organized and stored properly.
• Prevent cross-contamination between raw chicken and finished dishes.
• Assist kitchen team with sweeping floors and cleaning tasks.
• Handle trash responsibly and take bags outside for disposal.
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties.
• Display a cheerful and positive attitude and work well with the team.
• Be reliable, adaptable, and hardworking with a strong work ethic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Expectations of a Dishwasher/Utility Team Member:

• Maintain excellence in food safety and cleanliness with the cleaning and sanitizing of dishes.
• Keep dishes organized and put away neatly and clean in the areas they belong.
• Prevent cross contamination between dishes that contact raw chicken and those that don't.
• Assist kitchen team members in sweeping floors.
• Keep trash cans from overflowing and take trash bags outside to the trash and recycling area.
• Help kitchen team with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Display a cheerful and positive attitude.
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time.
• Lift objects up to 50 lbs., when necessary.
