Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Must guarantee the highest standard of work by maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment for you and your fellow employees. Must clean up spills immediately.
• Must report any sanitation issues to appropriate Managers and/or Supervisors.
• Must maintain equipment and report immediately when something is broken to the Manager and or Supervisor.
• Must operate the dishwasher and assure that the dishwasher is maintained by cleaning the equipment and putting it back together.
• Must wash dishes, blue trays, silverware, and other implements by hand when necessary.
• Must empty and clean all trash receptacles.
• Must sweep and mop floors at the end of shift.
• Must aid the kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times.
• Must have good personal hygiene.
• The use of personal items including, but not limited to, books, any form of electronic device and/or cell phone is prohibited. These items are permitted to be used in the employee area during the employees allotted break time. Some exceptions may apply. See Manager or Supervisor for approval.
• Perform other duties as requested by Manager or Supervisor.
