CC Holdings Restaurant Management Group is hiring a Dishwasher at the Indianapolis International Airport. The role involves maintaining clean dishes, pots, pans and kitchen areas in a fast-paced environment, while following safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen areas in sanitary condition.

• Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas and equipment.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen while coordinating with teammates.
• Follow safety, sanitation and food storage procedures; assist in other tasks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and adapt to changes in workflow.

Schedule & Location Details

This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:

• Monday through Sunday
• Nights and weekends required
• 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM (shifts vary)

Target Start Date

The anticipated start date for this position can range from late September through December, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines.

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition. Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on a conveyor to the dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation. The Dishwasher must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment while maintaining the organizational ability to identify and act on job duties quickly and effectively. Must be prepared to work as a team member in a dynamic workplace, follow all safety and sanitation procedures, follow food storage procedures, and have an excellent knowledge of customer service. Requirements

• Arrives in proper uniform and adheres to all grooming standards.

• Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follows portion control and presentation specifications as set by the café.
• Restocks all items as needed throughout the shift.
• Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
• Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in the station.
• Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk‑in coolers, and all storage areas
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance.
• Ensure quality and safety of food by performing standard and any additional sanitary measures including sweeping the floors, cleaning surfaces, as well as proper covering and storage of food items according to standards and procedures.
• Work at an efficient and consistent pace.
• Knowledge of methods and procedures for serving food, principles of sanitation, and principles of safe food handling is required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
• Attention to detail in all areas of work.
• Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
