Arrow Senior Living Management is seeking a part-time dishwasher in Rogers, AR to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment for residents. The role supports a home-like atmosphere and emphasizes teamwork and reliability.

The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a background check. Scheduled shifts are Monday and Sunday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Basic reading, writing, understanding, and communication in English (8th grade level) with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for long periods.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate the dish machine and assist with basic food prep as needed.
• Clear and bus tables, assist with serving meals when required.

• Be Helpful and Handy: Whether requested to run the dish machine, step in with food prep, or bus tables and run food, you should be flexible and at the service of your coworkers.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be criminally cleared.
