Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Dishwasher in Hudson, OH. The role supports the kitchen by washing dishes, operating the dish machine, assisting with food prep, and bussing tables, contributing to a clean, efficient culinary operation in a home-like environment that values residents and team members.

The position requires you to be at least 16, possess basic English communication, maintain a positive, energetic attitude, stand for long periods, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and operating the dish machine to keep up with kitchen needs.
• Assisting with food prep and bussing tables when requested.
• Maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and dining areas for residents and staff.

Dishwasher pay range: $18 - $20.50 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Saturday and Sunday

4:00pm to 7:30pm

• Be a Cultivator of Cleanliness: The love of all things clean and orderly is required to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and looks great while doing it.
• Be Helpful and Handy: Whether requested to run the dish machine, step in with food prep, or bus tables and run food, you should be flexible and at the service of your coworkers.
