Job summary

Morada Senior Living in Texas is seeking a Dishwasher to join our dining services team. You will operate the dishwashing station, sanitize ware, and keep kitchen areas clean and safe.

This role supports food service operations, follows schedules, assists receiving supplies, and helps maintain regulatory standards. High school diploma preferred; 1 year experience preferred; ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operates dish-washing machine to wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils and cooking equipment.
• Keeps food service areas clean, sanitary, and safe by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning dish machine surfaces.
• Cleans production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Maintains appearance, cleanliness, hygiene and health standards in the area.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
• Records and maintains documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in receiving of food and non-food supplies.
