Highland Hills, a Trinity Health Senior Community, is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our mission of providing exceptional care and hospitality to residents. You will help maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary kitchen environment—an essential part of ensuring high‑quality dining services and protecting residents from foodborne illness and cross‑contamination.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds or more.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work with hot liquids and cleaning chemicals safely.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable in high-heat environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up the dishwashing and pot-sink area prior to meal service.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils throughout service and return items to proper storage locations.
• Maintain weekly cleaning schedules for kitchen and equipment.
• Dispose of trash, boxes, cans, and bottles in designated receptacles.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, walk-in refrigerators, and tile dining areas.
• Wash and maintain floor mats.
• Uphold strict sanitation procedures to ensure a healthy, safe dining environment.
• Follow established closing procedures daily.

What You Will Do
