Qualifications

• Ability to place items on high and low shelves.
• Ability to wipe high and low shelves and pick up debris off the floor.
• Ability to sweep floor in the station.

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, glassware, and pots by hand or using dishwashers.
• Cleaning large pots and pans.
• Maintaining work area and equipment.
• Sorting and removing trash.
• Sweeping and mopping floors in the area.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Washes dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans by hand or using dishwashers.
• Clean large pots and pans in sink
• Cleans sink at the end of each shift or as necessary
• Maintains work area and equipment
• Places clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Sorts and removes trash and places it in designated pickup areas.
• Cleans garbage cans.
• Sweep and/or mop floors in area
• Receives and puts away daily deliveries
• Empties trash cans as needed
• Maintains various grounds in the restaurant (including but not limited to the parking lot, kitchen, restrooms, & dining area)
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects
• Other additional tasks management may need assistance with
