Job summary

You will contribute to a team that serves school lunch programs nationwide, with opportunities for advancement and a culture of inclusion. Taher provides daily lunch, uniforms, PPE, and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Follows oral and written directions.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Follows food safety requirements and guidelines.
• Self-starter capable of working independently.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, wash and put away dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as required either by hand or with dish machine.
• Sweep and mop floors, by hand or with machine as needed.
• Wash tables, walls, coolers, trash receptacles, etc., as required.
• Transports trash to designated areas and maintains storage.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; maintain clean work environment.
• Assists other team members as needed.
• Be on time.
• Maintain assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition.
• Maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and wear the department dress code.
• Other tasks as assigned by leadership.

• Sweep and mop floors, by hand or with machine as needed
• Wash tables walls, coolers, trash receptacles, etc., as required
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas Maintain clean work environment
• Assists other team members as needed

• Maitain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code
• Other tasks as assigned by the leadership team
