Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Wall Township, New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by keeping dishwashing stations clean and ensuring all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards.

You will set up and maintain dishwashing areas, operate dish machines, wash and sanitize items, and keep temperature and sanitation logs. The role also includes daily/weekly cleaning and assisting with storage and dining service duties to enhance resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned

Pay Range:

15.92 - 19.90
