Qualifications

• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Good hearing for accurate communication.
• Basic comprehension of English.
• Careful handling of the restaurant’s glassware and silverware needs.
• Availability to work 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage clocking in/out and report to the Kitchen Manager on time.
• Operate the industrial dishwasher.
• Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
• Work efficiently to keep up with restaurant pace.
• Perform opening, closing, and shift side work.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Assist kitchen staff as needed.
• Handle chemicals and machinery carefully.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Chef/Supervisor.
