Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations. You will set up and maintain dishwashing stations, operate dish machines, and keep dishes and equipment clean and sanitary to meet food safety standards.

You will also log temperatures, assist with storage and rotation of supplies, and support dining service duties as needed in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen/dishwashing is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and logs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
