Job summary

WellQuest of Granite Bay is seeking a team member to perform dining and dishroom duties in a residential setting. Responsibilities include transporting dishes, cleaning, sanitizing, and supporting residents during meals while maintaining a safe environment.

Applicants should be flexible with daily schedules, display tact with residents and families, and assist with marketing efforts through friendly property tours and telephone contact as directed by a supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Transport all dishes to the kitchen after meals.
• Prepare dish room/area; clear, wash, and sanitize dishes and utensils.
• Serve residents in dining rooms as needed.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Support marketing efforts through positive interactions during tours and calls.
• Report observed or suspected resident changes to a supervisor promptly.
• Perform sanitation cleanup of dish room, kitchen, dining areas, and equipment.
