Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, New York is hiring seasonal dishwashers to join our kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you will ensure cleanliness, sanitize tools, and support the kitchen staff to uphold high health standards.

You will work with a team to clean dishes and kitchenware, store items safely, and maintain an organized workspace in a fast-paced environment. Weekly pay and flexible schedules are offered with benefits described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Using hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks are at the specific requirements for health standards
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Clean work area, including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping the kitchenware storage organized
• Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster, as well as clean and sanitize the garbage cans
