Our franchise organization, 24 Carrot Corral, Inc. dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

The Utility Person / Dishwasher is responsible for various duties that significantly impact the guests’ dining experience. Maintaining cleanliness is crucial, as guests prioritize this factor when choosing a restaurant. The role involves ensuring the general cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant, with dishwashing being a key component.

• Provides clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests.
• Cleans the interior of the restaurant to ensure a pleasant, safe environment for guests and staff.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the exterior, including the building and parking lot.
• Checks, cleans, and restocks restrooms.
• Empties trash into the dumpster and maintains the cleanliness of the dumpster, trash cans, and back dock area.
• Organizes and thoroughly cleans the utility area.
• Follows the duty roster and ensures cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
• Adheres to local health department laws.

Operational Excellence:

• Stocks Cook, Line, and Server areas with appropriate glassware, silverware, and dishes.
• Maintains organization, efficiency, and cleanliness.
• Reports equipment and facility issues to the Manager.

Guest Service:

• Understands and follows responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
