Job summary

Taher, Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a reliable utility worker for day hours. There are no nights or weekends, with guaranteed hours and daily lunch provided.

You will wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, sanitize surfaces, handle trash, and assist the team while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Uniforms and PPE are provided, with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Adheres to food safety requirements and guidelines.
• Strong punctuality and dependability.
• Self-starter who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils by hand or with a dish machine.
• Sweep and mop floors as needed.
• Wash tables, walls, coolers, and trash receptacles.
• Transport trash to designated areas and maintain a clean environment.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas.
• Support team members and arrive on time.
• Adhere to department dress code and hygiene standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.

Essential Functions:

• Scrape, wash and put away dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as required either by hand or with dish machine
• Sweep and mop floors, by hand or with machine as needed
• Wash tables walls, coolers, trash receptacles, etc., as required
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas Maintain clean work environment
• Assists other team members as needed
• Be on time
• Maintain assigned work station in a safe and sanitary condition
• Maitain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code
• Other tasks as assigned by the leadership team
