General Responsibilities:

1. Wash dishes.
2. Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
3. Sweep, mop, clean, and vacuum floors.
4. Remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
5. Clean equipment.
6. Wash pots.
