Job summary

Palace Group is looking for a Dishwasher for their luxury senior living communities. This role is essential in ensuring all dishes and silverware used in the kitchen are clean and ready for service.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience with dishwashers, and strong communication skills in English, with Spanish preferred. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in use of dishwasher preferred.
• Good health and free from communicable or infectious diseases.
• Must be able to communicate in English. Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all dishes and silverware are always clean and ready for use.
• Utilize proper procedure for washing and sanitizing dishes, flatware, pots and pans.
• Load and transport tray carts to and from service areas.
• Clean work area including kitchen walls, floor, rubber mats, etc.
• Maintain standards of sanitation based on County, State and Federal regulation.
